Villa Klar consists of two separate houses: the 230m² "Villa Earth" with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, outdoor kitchen, terrace, natural pool & yoga deck for six people and the 120m² "Villa Fire" in the southern part with one bedroom, kitchen, living room, terrace & orchard for two to three people.

In addition, there are two independent units that can be rented separately: The 20m² "Studio Air" on the second floor of the main house with stunning views of Naxos island and the 30m² "Suite Water" on the west side with double bedroom, mini-kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
