The house is located in the middle of a wide open agricultural zone with unobstructed views of the beautiful nature of Paros. From the 500m² of terraces around the house, the Villa Klar offers breathtaking tranquility & idyll. Well protected from the wind, our guests can enjoy the days relaxing under the various pergolas or on the many sun decks. A yoga deck, a basketball field, a herb garden, many fruit trees and a vegetable garden round out life on our own 14000m² of land. Tennis courts, soccer field, horse ranch, a coffee shop and flower store are within walking distance. Beautiful beaches are only a few minutes drive away.

In 2023 we bought the beautiful field in the east towards Naxos. Since this year, we cultivate olive trees, vines and medicinal plants. In the near future, we will plant a large vegetable garden with tomatoes, aubergines, cucumbers and salads for house guests. With this we would like to take another step on the way to independence. We are looking forward to our guests noticing and appreciating this and are convinced that the fruits of this organically cultivated field will make everyone proud and happy.
